Horrible companyThe operations and customer service for this company are just unbelievably horrible. You have to sit on hold for 30+ minutes just to speak to someone about an issue, they cancel orders without explanation, the website is full of glitches, etc. Just an overall terrible company.

Return PolicyThe return policy is VERY gray and not specific. It leaves the headquarters the option to give a refund or not. I purchased a pair of shoes for my son for his grades. DTLR did not have the exact shoes he wanted so he settled for a different color. I had no idea the store had changed it's name to DTLR because the outside and inside still advertised City Gear. The sales associate did not tell me what the return policy was once he learned that I thought I was purchasing from City Gear. I went two doors down to Hibbett's and my son seen the exact color shoe he wanted. I went back to DTLR in less than 45 minutes and they would not return the purchase back on my bank card. This is ridiculous and insane. Terrible customer service from headquarters. They will make a return on a credit card but not on a bank card (backwards). Nothing to satisfy the customer.
